Yogurt....

Recently, I was at Publix, and the Publix brand yogurts were on sale for a quarter each. I couldn't pass up the deal and wasn't really sure why I hadn't eaten yogurt in so long anyways. Plus, yogurt is supposed to be good for your stomach and I suffer from IBS so I got like 15. There were 3 different levels - regular (190 Cal), no fat (100 Cal), and no sugar added (90 Cal), and these all come in a lot of different flavors. I've tried the first 2 kinds several times so far and have been really surprised! They are delicious and really filling! I'm sure there are some negatives like it's not as good as Greek yogurt that you add your own fruit to, but let's face it - I'm a crazy busy woman and it's nice to just be able to peal the top off and scarf down some yummy fruity yogurt and go about my day!
Anybody else a fan of yogurt?
