If you can eat all animal flesh, fats, broths, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and water, how does that equate with: "You can't eat anything, it's crazy!"

WTF is wrong with me an my logic?

I don't know why I need to eat paste, I've been without it for a couple of months now, I don't really miss it.
